Fisho Patrick Mwale is one of Zambia's most seasoned business leaders. An entrepreneur with a distinguished career spanning more than four decades, he came on-board at Tisuka late 2024 as our Chairman.

Our esteemed chairman brings a wealth of experience in leadership, business development, and strategic planning. He has sat on the boards of Zambia Development Agency, Yalelo, and many other esteemed organisations. He also served as the Mayor of Lusaka from 1994.

Throughout his career, Mr Mwale has demostrated exceptional leadership skills, a keen business acumen, and a passion for driving growth and development. His vast expertise and guidance will be invaluable in steering Tisuka towards achieving its vision of providing innovative and sustainable energy solutions.

Founder

Suzanna Chulu, the esteemed Founder of our organization, holds the distinction of being Zambia’s first registered Energy Systems Engineer. Her unwavering passion is dedicated to accelerating Zambia’s transition to renewable energy. She is committed to ensuring equitable access to clean energy for all citizens, regardless of their socioeconomic status, and fostering opportunities for women in the energy sector and broader STEM fields.

In the latter part of 2023, Suzanna Chulu established the Tisuka Group of companies, a visionary initiative that encompasses the Tisuka Foundation. This non-profit entity is dedicated to the advancement of STEM education among young female high-school graduates. Additionally, the foundation extends its commitment to providing complimentary solar installation courses and opportunities for marginalized youths, thereby contributing to the cultivation of a skilled workforce in the energy sector, free of charge.
